He did not fail me.

John 6:70

“Have I not chosen you?

At one point in my life I felt I was called to write with deeper meaning. That my scribblings about my “Crusade to Hug a Stranger a Day” should, well, should be about more than Hugging a Stranger a Day.

I felt I should –

  • Draw on life lessons learnt. (Usually the hard way!)

  • Share these experiences.

  • Share these thoughts.

  • Share my life.

  • Share “me.” (For what it was worth!)

And write about it.

Then doubt set in.

Every couple of weeks.

Or couple of months, if I’m lucky.

Is this really what I’m supposed to do?

If so, why this emptiness?

Oswald Chambers, as so often, gave direction.

“When God gives you a clear determination of His will for you, all your striving to maintain that relationship by some particular method is completely unnecessary. All that is required is to live a natural life of absolute dependence on Jesus Christ…….Showing no concern for the uncertainties that lie ahead is the secret of walking with Jesus.”

Cyber Hugs and Blessings All. I could not find the lyrics of this beautiful song anywhere so just listen carefully.
